About me
Hi, I’m Kayleigh — a personal trainer who helps women feel strong, confident and comfortable in the gym, without extreme diets or pressure to be perfect.
I work with women who feel nervous, unsure or overwhelmed when it comes to fitness — whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into exercise, or fed up of starting over again.
I also specialise in supporting women in perimenopause and menopause who feel like their body has changed and that nothing works the way it used to.
